Blake Olmstead is a Georgia native with roots in Atlanta, Savannah, and New York. Her career began in New York working for international fashion houses Marc Jacobs and then Calvin Klein in Public Relations for Women's Collections. There, she handled requests from editors and stylists all over the world and assisted in celebrity services, dressing some of the most prominent figures in fashion, film, and music.
Relocating back to Georgia in 2011, Blake began her work in the film industry including her first feature film as Costume Designer for "Daisy Winters", starring Brooke Shields, Sterling Jerins and Iwan Rheon, released in 2017 with critical acclaim. She served as the Key Background Costumer and Fitter for Netflix's most streamed show "Stranger Things" for two full seasons.
She has produced/directed and styled fashion shows and music videos, and has been props designer for several publications.

Blake has been recognized for her fashion and style since the early days of street style blogs including Refinery 29, Streetpeeper, Qui Style, and a feature story in "Tales of Endearment" in 2015 and has a special knack for all things vintage with a rock 'n roll edge.

Blake travels between Georgia and New York for film, editorial, and commercial work.

When Blake isn't on set, she is busy being a mother to her one year old daughter and her 3 standard poodles along with husband Peter, who is a music producer.
